Hi everyone! I’m Andrea and I own Breads & Bakes. I’m a mom of three, wife of a chef, F-M grad, and SU alum.

After a Celiac diagnosis in our family, I made the decision to shift to a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.


I’ve called Manlius home for most of my life (interrupted by some globe trotting during my former life as a grant writer) and I love raising my family here.

I am a state-registered home processor—doesn’t that just roll off the tongue—and I’d love to be a part of your next celebration!
